Excellent customer service

I was privileged to speak with Vuyiswa Cele on 28 April regarding my policy. She was able to reduce my installment and assisted me with a smile. I can tell by our interactions that she is very welcoming and kind. She explained the terms in detail and even went the extra mile to email additional requested info. She responded to my email concerns promptly. I am a Customer Service and Quality Manager and if I had to rate the call, I would have scored her a 10 for excellent customer service. This industry needs more people like her. @Vuyiswa, maintain the excellent service you provide to your clients. It is not unnoticed.
