<p>WHAT AN EXCELLENT SERVICE I received this morning from Lethabo H</p> <p> </p> <p>Considering the fact that I was just five minutes away from clicking or calling to cancel MiWay Insurance. She came and me think otherwise</p> <p> </p> <p>The FISRT initiative you took of calling me back without me asking you. The process you took to log a call for my car to towed after all your colleagues who were telling about the process that they cannot even quote the page number for. You even, after 2or3 hours called me back to follow up! WOW</p> <p> </p> <p>You have reminded of WHAT customer service is. MiWay needs more s****ed people like you. THANK YOU SOP MUCH may you continue the same EXCELLENT SERVICE to the other customers</p>
