excellent customer service

She phoned me while i was driving - immediately arrange d to call me back , called on time understand my request to change the debit order date and she explained what happened the previous 2 months - when she phoned me the changes were already made. Back in my office the next day the new paper work was in my e-mail box. She phoned again to ask if i am happy and the tell me the date is changed . The lady has an excellent way to deal with customers and i wish more people dealing with customers could have this attitude
