excellent customer service

<p>I was assisted by Tumi Selau when I wanted to cancel my policy.He then treated me with respect and professionalism that I never seen before.He then changed my mind to stay with MiWay because of his attitude towards me as a client.I really think if there is a position for him to be promoted he must be first to be considered.I also think he can be used as a training officer for hes collegaues to help them how to treat a customer.&nbsp;</p>
