Excellent Customer Service

<p>I was first helped by Mmina with regards to reducing my policy premiums due to retrenchment and was assisted satisfactory. I held on for a while and eventually gave up, thinking I would phone back later. Within a minute, I received a call back and informed that all was sorted and advised of a lower premium. However, she advised me to speak to a senior advisor to see if there was any further assistance MiWay could provide.</p> <p>I was then transferred to Nox Dhladla who patiently listened to my sad story. After which she made some calculaions (I assume) and came back to me with great news. She had managed to work out a much cheaper premium with the least benefit losses. You go girl.</p> <p>To MWay... It is the foundation of staff with the likes of Nox and Mmina that will make your company flourish. Look after them well. They are worth their weight in Gold.</p>
