<p>I received excellent service from Thapelo Masinga yesterday in regards to reviewing my policy. He was efficient and professional. I also had another query which he took the time to listen carefully and understand my query.He said that my query will be resolved within 48 hours. Thank you Thapelo. </p>

Hello Miway Team
I never ever got a call backin regards to my second query. When I called back today they tell me I dont qualify for the Miway Rewards when in actual fact they said its fine to go onto my brothers policy because we live at the same address. Then call me a month later to say I cant be on that policy and need to take out my own. So they made start a whole new profile.
