Excellent Customer Service:
Today the 11th of Nov 2019, I contacted Miway to add an additional car on my existing policy. The car is currently with the dealer since they require confirmation of cover before the release. My call was taken by friendly consultant by the name of "Omphile" who quoted me and I still felt that the amount was unaffordable. She was so happy to direct me to her senior specialist "Buhle" who managed to assist me expeditiously. That was great service I received today, and soon I will be adding my house contents with confidence. Keep it up ladies, job well done..!!
