I called Miway two days ago to get a quote on a household insurance and a car hire cover, I was lucky to be helped by the lady by name Neo Kgano, she explain everything into details to me and made me understand she took her time to make me feel appreciated. she gave some time to think about the quotation and do my comparison with their competitors. Today she called me back like she promised me and I accepted the quotation and she manage to give the best products with a saving of R600, it is not about the money or price its all about customer service and product knowledge she has, she differentiated Miway by service to me that's why I was sold.
