Excellent customer service

I called MiWay yesterday (19/01/2016) regrding a premium review, following a communication i received that my premium would beincreased effective from the 15 February 2016. I spoke to Itumeleng first who was very helpful however she could not finalise the enquiries as it was above her call of duty. I was then transffered to Mmatsatsi who also offered me excellent service. She unpacked all the options available to me as client. Indeed the decision was finalised my way.
