Excellent customer service

I called to cancel a policy with MiWay in order to consolidate with a different insurance company but Tumi had a really good attitude and more importantly was able to more than match a competitive quote. Pricing obviously matters but what I was most impressed by was Tumi's patience and willingness to ensure a better outcome for me.
