Excellent Customer Service

Ntokozo has good customer skill and is very quick to help..for example. I sent her an email after 1 minute she rep**** and phone me back with the necessary information i wanted. Miway had overbilled me and i wasnt aware but she told me and made sure i get my refund on time. i just want to compliment her on her good work and her excellent service.
