Excellent customer service

Good day.I would like to acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional service I always receive from Miway. I was involved in an accident yesterday and I have been assisted by Masilo Modiba who ensured my claim was captured correctly,followed through with all relevant departments .He went all out to ensure my claim is submitted and approved. I received confirmation this afternoon that the claim has been approved and repairs will be commencing soon.This is the first time i was in an accident and had to make a claim.I often hear people complain about how long they have to wait before their claim is approved.This wasn't my experience and I am grateful I partnered with an insurance company who cares for their customers needs.Thank you Miway.Thank you Masilo :).
