Excellent Customer Service
This serves to inform that I received excellent customer service from an agent by the name of Nombuso, who assisted me with making changes to my policy without any hassles. It was quite refreshing to speak to a consultant who still had energy and zeal to assist a client at this late hour of the day. Keep up the excellent work!
