excellent customer service
Gloria made it difficult for me to cancel my insurance with Mi way because she did everything in her power to accommodate me in such a friendly and professional manner. Although sometimes I was rude to her but she stayed so calm and I could hear the patient in her voice. This was excellent customer service.<br>
