It is with great pleasure to share my experience on such excellent customer service from MiWay. The gentleman by the name of Amos Toka Mokobe really made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like am part of a family at MiWay that am not just a client .His personal attention to detail really demonstrated his knowledge in all the different services available to me especially when it came to giving me a quote. His Brilliant energy even on the phone was a breath of fresh air I did not feel like I was given a pitch it felt more like a conversation with a trusted person. I would like to recommend Miway Management or Head Office to consider giving Amos Toka Mokobe a promotion.Your company needs more people like him to grow and expand even more at a faster rate including been a top insurance company in Africa.
