On 23 April 2019, I called MiWay to make amendments on my policy I was assisted by Maropeng Makuwa who was very friendly (even forgot that MiWay had increased my premiums) As she was assisting me, we talked about the day and the Easter weekend. She even went as far as asking me about my hobbies It is so amazing how little things brightens one day.
