Excellent customer service

I had refund query on my insurance policy I called MiWay and spoke to a consultant by the name of Vusi Rihlampfu he was so helpful he had a look at my policy and could see I was overcharged on my monthly installment he then adviced me to send through my bank statement and then he will process a refund, within 10min I received a SMS stating that my refund has been process and will be paid Into my bank account within 48hours.what I can say this guy surely know what he is doing thanks Vusi and keep up the good work
