Excellent Customer Service

i was so irate when I called MiWay this morning about my debit order dates and double debit But MiWay staff Mpho. M who took my call was really a super awesome, caring person Despite me ranting and raging at him over the phone he was cool and apologetic And actually made me laugh at the end staff like him are truly priceless so I like say BIG THANK YOU to Mpho for a job well done because I was really Going to cancel my insurance but just because of Mpho. M attitude and the way He assisted me I will stay with MiWay because he cared about me like I was family and Not like just another client thank you Mpho
