Excellent customer service

This time of year ny policy is reviewed and I was told that my policy premium was going up. I had a very bad insurance year last year so it was expected. I contacted miway and asked them to call me back as I was not happy with the increase amount. The next day Pontsho hlophe contacted me and we discussed my policy and the increase in premium. She was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me and in the end I managed to get a premium increase that I was happy with. Thanks to miway for doing things"miway" and I am proud to have you as my insurance company. Also a very big thumbs up to Pontsho please keep up the good work and I know with an attitude like yours you will go far.
