Excellent customer service

I called Miway insurance today and spoke to Miss Lerato Mathabe to assist me with a review of motor vehicle insurance. The lady is so professional and excellent in what she does. Not only did she assist me with my request, she also put me at ease as I was angry when I made the initial call. She was polite and displayed a high level of professionalism in the manner in which she spoke to me. At the end of the call I was calm and a happy person. With people like her, I will not hesitate to refer family and friends to this organisation.
