"Excellent Customer Service"
This is a little long overdue. I took out an insurance quote with MiWay, early June 2018. A weekend later I went for my car inspection at PG Glass, to which they forgot to submit to the insurance. On Monday the 08th June 2018 I called MiWay to check if they had received the inspection certificate to which a gentleman by the name on Lindokuhle Magagula helped me. This gentleman took his time and was very thorough. He advised me to email the copy of the inspection to him which I did and in no time my car inspection was submitted to the insurer. Just to say big ups to Lindokuhle, keep up the good work man, "Excellent customer service".
