Excellent Customer Service
Super impressed with the outstanding service I received from Thato this morning. I contacted MiWay in an emergency situation and was given assistance promptly. The MiWay agent remained composed and resolved my request efficiently. I needed my vehicle towed to a service centre after breaking down. The timescale for resolution, from contacting MiWay to having my car transported to the service centre, was just over an hour and half. I made it to work just after 9am. Thanks MiWay and Thank You Thato. Your assistance is appreciated!!
