Excellent Customer Service

Good day, I would like to compliment Aaron at the call centre for emergency road side assistance. My car broke down yesterday, i call Miway and spoke to Aaron. He was efficient, patient, kind and showed emphaty. He insured i got assistance, called to ensure my car was collected by the tow truck company. He phoned to also ensure i was sorted after confirming my car was dropped off succesfully. I really felt like a vallued client. Well Done Aarton! Keep it up!!
