Excellent Customer Service
After having endured a few frustrations with getting through to a Consultant, I was assisted by a young lady called Lerato who provided excellent customer service to me as a client. She listened to my frustrations, get a calm head and assisted me with my query. It really was very refreshing and I was impressed by her professionalism.
