Excellent customer service

I had a quote from another insurance company that offered me a better premium so I called to cancel my policy with MiWay before going ahead with the proceedings I was put through to Henry Shongwe who convinced me that he would try and better my offer with a counter offer. After a few minutes he contacted me again and was indeed able to do so<br> so.<br> He was very helpful ,friendly and persistent which lead me to keep my existing policy with MiWay not only because Henry could better my deal but his willingness to try. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the MiWay team.
