My legal advisor was Yara de Ru. She was extremely patient with me. She had been trying to get ahold of me for months without success. When we finally spoke, she was very helpful. She guided me step by step as to how and where to get my SAP accident report. I had given up on getting my excess money back, but she gives me hope because she is very encouraging. Thanks Yara.
