Excellent customer service

I called to make a change to my policy. The lady that helped me, Koketso Mashishi, was very professional, yet friendly and efficient. She spoke very audibly and at a good pace. She took her time to explain everything clearly and in detail. My email was slow, but she remained patient, even after sending the confirmation 3 times because I saw a sight miss spelling of my street name.
