Excellent Customer Service

On Saturday 26/08/17 I locked my keys in my vehicle, I phoned Miway to assist me to get a locksmith, when I phoned I spoke to Nyiko from were he answered my call he assisted me in a professional manner. He made sure I receive sms's to update me on how far they are. What I liked most was when he asked me if I am alone its shows dedication to his job and the safety of the person that his speaking to on the other side. He constantly followed up until they opened my vehicle. They responded very quickly to my call and in no time me and my family were on our way home, out of a score of 10 I would rate him 10.
