Excellent Customer Service!!!

I have had a gearbox problem on the 17th August 2017, morning and needed a roadside assistance. I then phoned MIway roadside assistance section and spoken to Felicity Machaba, who was receptive and patient, allowed me to explained my story. She then took time to explain the processes and the steps that had to unfold as well as the time frames. She kept me updated while I was waiting for the tow truck to come. My car was towed to the dealership and Felicity contacted me after to check if all was well. I would like to thank Felicity Machaba for such an exceptional customer service and doing it MIWAY!!!!!!!
