Excellent Customer Service!

I currently received a letter from Miway with regards to a proposed increase to my insurance premium which I felt was unreasonable. I called Miway and was eventually transferred to Maitumelo who was excellent in her explanation as to why these increases were being implemented. She also acknowledged my loyalty to Miway with respect to the number of vehicles I have insured with my Miway policy and assisted in providing a reasonable increase to my premium that I found suitable to my budget.
