Excellent Customer Service

Good day<br> <br> I received a call from Outsurance this morning offer me a cheaper competitive premium as opposed to my current policy with Miway. They were offering me a lower access for a reasonable premium. <br> <br> Being a loyal Miway client, I contacted Miway to try to offer me similar or better rates as opposed to Outsurance.<br> <br> I spoke to Kgothatso whom was very understanding and efficient in offering me the best rates for my policy. He managed to offer me similar premium keeping in line with my affordability. <br> <br> I was quite impressed with his response and feedback to my query.
