Excellent customer service

Due to my financial constraints, I wanted to cancel my policy even though deep down in my heart I knew that that was not the best solution- I jst thought I diddn't have any other option. I called Miway and Kgotatso assisted in a way that gave me hope, not only that but finanicial relief. He offered different options and we weighed those options and my policy has been put on put on hold for 2 months and thereafer it''ll be reduced so that I'm able to continue my relaionship with Miway. Kgotatso was very understanding of my situation, very empathetic and extremely helpful. He also made me realise that there are options and phoning in to Miway was the best I could've done in this situation rather than just terminate my policy with Miway
