Excellent customer service
<p>Just signed up with MiWay insurnace, during the proccess a mistake was made that I later realised when i recieved the policy document. Gift Ramathoka from my way was so quick to put me at ease with the issue and help me with the ammendment which resulted in a better premium and also gave me advise that works in my favour. Thanks Gift for the excellent service</p>

22 Apr 2018, 16:32Before you choose this company as an insurance please think twice as they are underwritten by the infamous santam who are famous for their ruthless and undermining policies. You will realize how pathetic this insurance is when you first claim after months and months of having surety in an insurance company. I had a courtesy car option on my cover and when i had an accident i made use of the service for 10 (as per my cover). When I had to return the car i was told the insurance would not cover the rental anymore and had to pay the rental for all the days used. Be smart and safe rather use an insurance under the Telesure Group (Budjet, Auto & General, First For Woman, Unity etc...)
