Excellent Customer Service

<p>On the 31st March 2017, I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Lindo Junior whom was really helpful in assisting my with my query. In times of Financial difficulty without cancelling my policy, this gentleman managed to retain my Policy by reducing my excess to make it affordable going forward. He also notified me of a undisclosed Broker Fee that is currently going of my account without my concent. He was very eager to help me, and I would like to offer my gratitute for his excellent service and the manner in which he treat clients. Keep up the great work! </p> <p>Rachel </p>
