Excellent customer service

<p>i wasn't too happy about my premiums and i called my insurance to try and negotiate, they did a little adjustment and after a few days GUGU called me and i couldn't talk because i was busy and i asked her to call me back and she did. we went through my policy again and she advised me about few things and my premiums went down again. im happy to say that because of GUGU im a happy customer once again :)</p>
