Excellent customer service, I was in an accident with my car.. Never had I had a company that cared about mine and my families safety as miway agents.. I called their help line and with in 15 mins there was a tow truck to assist with vehicle and an agent asking if we needed a ride home.. Next thing I know my claim was registered.. Within 2 days my claim was approved and vehicle off to panal beaters.. And bear in mind that the accident car was a brand new one.. Only on my policy for 1 week.. No Hassels at all.. So we'll done MiWay
