Excellent customer experience

Excellent service received from all who assisted me on boxing day with my low battery situation. It was easy, quick and all the people I dealt with was extremely friendly. The person that came out to assist me was just as friendly and helpful as the staff at the call center. I am extremely blessed that I have an insurance company that I know I can rely on in an unfortunate situation.
