Excellent Customer Care went My Way
Edwin was such a wonderful young man who impressed me with his positive attitude immediately when i received his call to assist me with my claim. He made the whole process seem effortless. I recommend that he be promoted to train his colleagues on customer care. He gave an excellent customer care!!
