Today I got notification that my insurance premium is going up, unhappy about this I called MiWay Insurance and expressed my unhappiness and my willingness to part ways with them if need be, I was put through to Busi Mabizela who dealt with my issue swiftly and professionally and worked a new reasonable premium for me to which I am very pleased.
