Excellent corrispondance

<p>My vehicle broke down in Emondlo with my husband and I was in Newcastle. My husband had no signal no way to charge his phone as the car was completely dead he broke down at 2pm yesterday afternoon. I Spoke with Felicity Machaba. She assured me that they would find my husband on the R34 he managed to contact me from a stranger phone along the road and send me his location I whatsapped it to Felicity and and asked her to make sure the tow truck took water with for him to drink. A few min later a tow truck was dispatched awhile later I had heard nothing and was quite stressed. I spoke with Felicity via whatsapp and I know she runs from a call center attending to others too and still had the time to attend to me. According to the two other Indian gentleman which contacted me later to rate service ( I wish I had taken there names),were also of great help they all work wonderfully as a team and had various teams in search of assistance and trying to get hold of the tow truck company dispatched and my husband. Apparently the first tow truck left and its engine had blown along the way. Not being able to get hold of my husband he called me from a passer by and I was able to update him. Felcilty and both Indian gentleman contacted me via phone and arranged for another tow truck company to attend to him and bring him water as by this time he was stranded along the road for almost 4 hours. Felcitly kept me updated via whatsapp and even spoke to my husband via the truck drivers phone and called me back to say that my husband was safe. Felicity went above and beyond my expectations to attend to our needs. She has such an amazing personality and a calm, assuring toned voiced, she kept me positive all through the situation, along with myself being sick with a stomach bug and my close friend in hospital having heart surgery and then my husband stranded my day was incrediably stressful. All three of them kept me calm . Both Indian gentleman too apologized profusely about the the first truck driver engine blowing and not getting a response from the company. I explained that I am not disappointed with Miway at all. I understand that situations happen unexpectedly and your tow services are 3rd parties. If it was not for prompt service and a super possitive attitude from all three staff i would not have coped. Felicitly even contacted me after her work hours to keep me updated and I let her know once my husband returned home safe at 8.45. He had a pleasant drive home with the driver Justice from the tow company and said that Justice was an incredible person. Please let his boss know how pleased we are with his service. Please thank the 2 Indian gentleman (I really wish I wrote down their name) for their assistance it is much appreciated, and please give Fe****y a massive hug from my side, she went above and beyond and if it wasn't for her calming reassurance attitude I would not have had a possitve attitude through the situation. Thank you Felicity for going above and beyond I'd love to meet you in person and hug you myself. You have such a possitive attitude I believe you have an amazing careing heart not just for your job, yet for giving hope and positivity to those who need it in a stressful situation. I truely thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just need now an update regarding the towing for extra fee etc. Thank you again! </p>
