She was very professional in her business, patient with my questions and I must say very calm during my outbust when I disagreed with her offers. She took time to explain to me the changes that were to occur in my premium due to the additional cover I wanted and justified the increments even though i did not agree with her. </p> <p>Most impressively she took time to review my case with her supervisor and we arrived at a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. </p>
