Excellent client service experience from Terrell at MiWay

Calling a call centre of any company let alone an insurance company one expect to get those ladies who sound like they have been recorded because they speak fast and not clear. When asked questions they are defensive but today I experienced a great service at MiWay insurance from a lady called Terrell.
