Excellent Client Service
The empathy and compassion I received from the Call centre consultants were amazing. I needed assistance regarding my increased premium for the annual review and I was heard and assisted accordingly.
My premium was dropped and I nearly cried! Thank you for making my day Maduvha Thathaisa :)
