Excellent client service

Hi, I would like to bring to your attentions the absolute gem of a person you have on your team. Busisiwe Mabizela - Retention Specialist. I wanted to move my insurance to Budget due to a good deal i got from them. Not only did she improve on the cover she manged to lower the premium as well. She was extremely patient with me - kept missing her calls - and always polite even if i asked the same question more than once. I am so happy that i decided to stay with MiWay - if this is the type of client service I can expect. I wont be moving for in the near future. Thank you so much.
