Excellent Claims Process

<p>having a car accident is never fun. you're tormented by worries over how long it will take to get your car back, how much it will cost you, what you're going to do in the meantime in terms of transport and if like me, you listen to horror stories about how insurance companies look for tiny loopholes to dismiss claims, you will be worrying about your claims process too. I was completely wrong about this though. I had the good fortune of having Mpho Mabitsela as my claims administrator. He was helpful, professional, friendly, and listened to all my concerns. He guided me and gave me great advise. He didn't even mind my incessant calls to get progress reports on my claim. I would definitely recommend Miway as a go-to insurance company, and if you ever have the misfortune of being involved in an accident, i hope that you too, have the fortune of having Mpho cover your back.
