Excellent call centre service

I was in a car accident and my girlfriend phoned insurance for me from another city when the crash happened. The call centre agent, Tumi, was incredibly comforting, helpful, and on the ball. He made what was a horrible experience much easier! Our experience with MiWay Insurance has been a good one. Thanks Tumi!
