Zandile Zandile you saved my day. Your sense of urgency ,knowledge of your job desctription is what makes you outstanding from the rest. I have been subjucted to very poor service in terms of communication and turn around since the day i lodged a claim on 23/2/11. I felt treated as if im not monthly honoring my monthly premiums. Yet i have been with Miway insurance for more than 10yes. My claim from where i stand was never an important issue for everyone who failed me. Today was the worst when Avis demanded that i return the car hire yet my car is not even completed repair wise. Keep up the excellent work.
