Excellent attitude towards a client

I was unhappy about my car insurance premium on P ********** and when I called the MyWay contact centre, Kitso Modisane welcomed me with a smile that I could see over the phone. She quoted me a new premium but I was still not happy with the amount. She referred my concern to the manager and promised to call be back before cob which she did. It is not so much the final offer that she made but rather her respect, professionalism, keeping to promises and going the extra mile that actually impressed me. Well done Kitso and Calvin(Manager)
