Excellent Assistance from MiWay Assist Team

<p>After three years of driving without any incidents, this morning of the 1st July 2016, i had my first breakdown and i contacted MiWay Assist and was helped by Lesiba, who was extremely polite, friendly and sensed immediately that i needed urgent assistance. A towing service was arranged and swiftly sent to tow my vehicle to my mechanic - this was all done and actioned within 40 minutes of first calling, with Lesiba, Zandile & Damien all continually contacting me to keep me updated on progress with the ETA of towing service as well as to confirm that i was safe and that i was being assisted properly.</p> <p>These three individuals were literally with me at each step of the way, right up until i arrived at work this morning at 9am.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to these three awesome people, you made my day so much easier! :-)</p> <p> </p>
