Excellent assistance from Kebafantse @ Miway

My policy was up for renwal now in November and i got an e-mail from MiWay informing me that my premim increased I have 2 vehicles covered with them, and really barely drive them. So i called them and told them tbat i have been a good client and haven't had a claim so can they please decrease my premiums or keep them at the same amount. Mr Kebafantse called me to day 28 October 2019, and not only did he take away the proposed increased new premium effective 1 November 2019 but he managed to decrease my excess and premium. So thank you so much for the professional manner in which you handled my request. I am very happy at Miway, so to everyone don't just accept increases from insurance companies find out what you can do to change them.
